Founded Blocktivity with a passion for client outcomes. Sebastiaan contributes to the ISO Asset Management standards development. Outside of Blocktivity, Sebastiaan is an avid hiker and peak bagger, rock climber and runner. Among other volunteer roles, he mentors grade 9-12 students run their own company with Junior Achievement.

Sherif holds a PhD in infrastructure and construction management and an MSc in climate change impact assessment. Passionate about sustainability and urban resilience, he has helped clients achieve asset management goals through stakeholder engagement and service delivery. Outside of work, he enjoys biking and hiking.

Ahmed is passionate about data and understanding the relevant patterns within. He is also keen about fostering a culture of data-backed corporate decision-making. He helps our clients develop their data “fluency” through a combination of data products and personnel training. He works for Blocktivity on a contract basis.

Waqas is a seasoned business professional with a strong focus on governance and change management. His expertise lies in steering complex projects through significant organizational changes. As an independent consultant at Blocktivity, he leverages his skills to deliver outcomes in asset management, particularly in implementing governance structures and effective technology. Waqas’s commitment to excellence extends beyond work; he is passionate about personal development and enjoys connecting with nature through trail hiking.
